Whether you've noticed or not, we've been practicing seasonal yoga in our monthly sessions. Each season brings with it a different energy, and we're weaving that natural energy into our practices. Seasonal yoga is an opportunity to ensure your practice remains rooted in the spiritual benefits of yoga.
And yes, it's okay that you're experiencing physical benefits of yoga. I truly believe that the physical and spiritual benefits happen together. They carry each other through our journey.
Our November Yoga session will be (as is the new tradition) the third Sunday of the month - November 16th, 12PM (et). These sessions are a part of the Kimmortals tier & all other tiers are always welcome to join in on the experience with a drop-in session
